From the moment we wake in the morning until the moment we withdraw to our nightly slumber, we affect everyone and everything around us.  Depending on our choices, these countless daily contacts can take the shape of merry encounters, apathetic wanderings, inspiring contributions, or jarring collisions.  Much like a single droplet of water, each action (or inaction) produces ripples that permeate the lives of others, both near and far.

“Impact” explores several different topics related to our boundless potential to influence the people we are surrounded by.  Throughout this series, we will learn about far-reaching mission trips to other countries and close-to-home ventures such as local homeless ministry.  We’ll witness how Jesus dealt with interpersonal-related challenges like opposition and skepticism, then ponder how we can apply His example to our own encounters with those who may not share the same spiritual perspective as us.
