Whenever friends visit, we often find ourselves at Sea World, sitting on the first dozen benches just behind the trainer's platform for Shamu's big show.

When the trainer gives that magic signal, Shamu smashes his tail toward the crowd, throwing water for yards across the "Splash Zone". Now cooler, and excited about all the other shows, the crowd squishes out to conquer the rest of the theme park, dripping wet and smiling from ear-to-ear.

As a Christ-follower, you are called to make a big difference in the world.

In the end, we each have a call to impact our own "Splash Zone", bringing a kind of joy and serendipitous abundance that only comes from an identity anchored in world-changing grace and radical reliance upon a dusty road warrior named Jesus.

This world-changing reality of Jesus Christ - this abundant life in Him - is our message of impact. An Identity-driven leadership model, as we abide in Christ, is the mode of impact.
