First and foremost, let me say that it is not Harvest that makes you grow. God is responsible for that. I can say that God has designed Harvest to be a tool for that growth. Growing is an individual event. What makes me grow, may be of no use to you, it may be something else. Only God truly knows what you need, but we believe that we with a little help, God will reveal that to you.
The Principle of E's
At Harvest, we have developed a simple process that can help you understand how to grow in Christ.

The engage process is where you first come into contact with God. This generally happens at one of our weekend services. People come to our services for a variety of different reasons, but it is our desire that whatever reason you came, you should at least have some opportunity to hear from God. God doesn't speak audibly, but rather quietly in your heart, prompting you. It may happen through our praise and worship time, through a skit or testimony, or from one of our pastor's sermons. Whatever the case, we want to offer an environment where you can respond to what God is speaking to you about.

Once you've gotten comfortable with God during our services, we invite you to connect with other believers and with God through the experience process. We have several different ways that you can grow in community here at Harvest. You can click here for more information about small groups.

Finally, once you've established your relationship with God, then connected with other believers, it's important that you be able to express the work God is doing in you. As we grow, God begins to give us ways to express His work in us. At Harvest, we believe that expressing your faith is so important that we have a single staff member devoted to helping you find the specific place God has for you in His work. One of the greatest things about God is that He never stops growing us. No matter how long you have been a believer, God still has something new for you. If you'd like to know more about how to grow in your faith, give us a call or send us an email to schedule an appointment with one of our pastors. (Click Here to go to the staff listing.)
